Welcome
Brawley Management Company
The most current newsletter is strangely devoid of any information regarding our new management company (outside of the passing of the special assessment probably the biggest community news of the year), but as of 01/01/2010, the neighborhood employs a new outfit.

One wonders what exactly prompted the change.
Tennis court
Hoorayyy ! Looks like construction has started on the tennis court.
It will be clearer later as to who is doing it and how much it is costing, (as always you the resident who is paying for this, are the last ones to find out) but at a guess it looks to me the courts are being surfaced with a product called "Flex Court". Looks to me to be a kind of acrylic tile which is laid down over the existing surface like a giant jigsaw puzzle.
Maybe these people are doing it ? http://flexcourtnc.com/index.php
The end result is something like this (except in a less exotic setting and with less tasteful colors)
One assumes after some bargaining, it would also be the cheaper option than resurfacing, and is costing less than the $48,000.00 estimated and sold to you in the in the assessment. Pity there is nothing on the LM association website yet though.
So scratch the tennis court off the to do list, the remainder were...
Tennis Courts : $48,000.00 - in progress
Pool Fencing : $12,000.00 (done already with reserve money)
Rea Road Entrance : $8,000.00
Irrigation Systems : $9,400.00
Pool Deck Area : $4,500.00
Wrought Iron Sign : $2000.00
Playground Swings
A neighbor and friend mentioned the playground swings (as always a favorite target of vandals and your bored kids) are badly in need of repair.
Bumgardner's maintenance submission form works !
I received a reply the day after I completed it that the Board is aware of this and is having the swings repaired. Feel free to submit your requests for common area maintenance using this great tool.
Let's check if Bumgardner reads this website....
This page on their site (Architectural changes submission) http://www.bumgardneram.com/arcrequest.htm may have to be looked at. It looks to me like the attachment submission field has no limit on the size or type of file that can be uploaded. Leaving them open to significant threats online.
Could be wrong though... ![]()
